ABOUT US

   A great southern man, Mr. Joseph Abbott had a destiny to get the flag of 1894 in the state's constitution so no one could ever change it. After several attempts to no avail, he decided to start putting up Mega  Flags all over the state, so he started with the I-55 Flag Project. He had great friends help with this project and it soon became a reality. After Mr. Joe passed away on October 6, 2020 his friends decided to keep his legacy going, by making the I-55 Flag Project known state wide. He came up with the idea of a membership drive, so anyone and everyone could be  part of this project and show the legislature in Jackson just how much we love our state flag.
